If I could squeeze my What’s 2009 to fit the image after you hit PrtSc,
I will thank the genius behind the Print Screen button.
Seriously, I will. No joke.
I probably should say thank you to Blogger though for not jamming up my photos. IT’S AN IMPORTANT POST. Or not. I’m sure I heard ‘Been there, Done that’. But still need to do wan lor.
So here’s my 2009!
I WORKED.
I had the chance to work in Desserts, tHe Spring. My first ever work experience after graduated from high school. I met awesome people like my manager and the rest. Troubles came upon me endlessly due to a misunderstanding. The best part about working is that I get to eat all ice cream (of course, without getting caught). I knew how to operate cash machine (used to). The skills went rusty, sad to say.
I MET DAVID ARCHULETA.
I was so high till I feel like dropping when I saw his eyes glitters and that megawatt smile of his. So surreal that we were touching each other! One word – AWESOMEE! I can proudly tell other people that I actually met him for real. And I fell in love with his cover of A Thousand Miles. Love, love love! The ArchAngels around Malaysia are very friendly. They are the best fan club ever, AAM.
He’s probably the first celebrity that I really supported by buying original albums.
I PASSED MY DRIVING LICENSE.
My driving skills aren’t that good by the way. But with countless prayers and effort, I passed it 19/20. I don’t deserve the 19 though. Ha ha. The JPJ dude was flirting with me while I’m driving. Come to think of it, so DISGUSTING. Eeeeeewwww. But I passed! =) After years.
I STUDIED. AGAIN.
Which is so uninteresting I tell you. It’s not my option at all. Repeat after me, NOT AT ALL. But the government offered me TESL, an English course. Hard to say no, hard for the chance to come by. Becoming a teacher, not a software geek or anything related is nightmare. First timer in a boarding institute. I made quite a number of good friends, males and females.
I become more independent. Hand washing all my clothes is something I would never do at home. Acquired tons of new knowledge. I love Literature more and more. Other interests are developing within me. But surely not a grammarian. I suck at it. Big time.I gained weight. NOT. COOL. But better than being underweight. I’m braver. I sneaked out at times =P
Let’s just say, one of the best event of the year. I am just head over heels for him. He’s not a rebound guy after my bad break-up. He is AMAZING. I have only introduced him formally to my best friend, Eliyana. I am really grateful that we appeared at each other’s life. It maybe an awkward start but sparks flew. I don’t know how but we got hooked up. I’m ending the year with a loving, charismatic and needless to say, sexy boyfriend.
He’s my Elmo guy, just so you know <3
I TURNED 18.
Along with my twin sister. Gawd, the number keeps getting bigger. It is so frustrating. I don’t want to be old. Old is creepy. I had the traditional family dinner. Technically, I turned eighteen in the bus. Was on my way home. We’re both grown-ups! Although separating ways already. It’s both cool and not cool at the same time.
This is my year, all minimised to one post. It has been amazing, ecstatic, incredible year. It may not be the best year of all but it’s safe to say, 2009 has done me some good stuff. May love and friendship lasts forever.
Hello 2010 =)
Here I am,
signing off for the very last time this year.
Happy New Year!
