Swee Kang

We thought it would be hot the entire day. Seriously it was really hot. Probably not the best weather predictor out there because the moment we got there, it rained heavily.

What the hell.

I had ABC today! =) Even awesome, my amazing babe picked us up from home on bonding strike to bring us to this Swee Kang ABC place. I don't know whether Swee Kang term is coined as per Malaysia but yes to Swee Kang. Absolutely perfect! Back to the weather issue, it rained alright. But it need not to be THAT heavy until I got wet, blew by the winds. Dang it, why is the weather equally bad as Miri?

So this is my take. Was stupefied to find cendol in my ABC because I thought ABC is without them? As usual, I got mine altered without beans and cincau. The best. Although I prefer it sweeter with gula apong. Angels will SING.

And, this my friends, is Cha Kueh. Deb being as dumb as she is (FACT), thought it was cha kueh tiaw. Nonsense. Cha kueh tiaw is the usual mee goreng but with kueh tiaw. So this is some sort of a local cuisine made of raddish cake and soy sauce. My first time and yes, call me a Kuchingnite, but I tasted this and it's HEAVEN. Soft in texture and just marvelous with the sauce. Wouldn't even know it if I have not tried it today. Thanks Farah! I love you so much ♥
